A world leading change agent of science, technology, engineering, mathematics and innovation (STEMI) in schools, communities and research environment.

MISSION

  • To produce minimum of 85% bachelor pass per School we are helping in Mathematics, Physical Sciences, and Life Sciences;
  • To equip educators with relevant technological tools; and
  • To enrich learners with valuable information to pursue careers in STEM; and inspire their minds on invention and innovation to contribute to socio-economic development particularly of rural and township communities.

ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Successfully conducted teacher development workshops for Senior Phase and FET Phase to 161 Educators;
  • Successfully assisted 21561 learners within Ilembe District, King Cetshwayo District, Ugu District, Umlazi District and Umgungundlovu through the programmes offered;
  • Currently assisting additional of 3517 in the year 2023;
  • Successfully partnered with Tata Chemicals SA in conducting Physical Science experiments at schools;
  • Successfully partnered with Nkazimulo Applied Sciences, SC Johnson and Nelson Mandela Foundation to donate Physical Science Kits to rural Schools;
  • Partnered with Sibaya Community Trust and Ligbron Technologies to introduce and manage E-Learning Systems at schools in rural areas;
  • Developed electronic reporting system for the teachers;
  • Informed and motivated learners about STEM careers and opportunities; and
  • Developed resources for teaching and learning.
